From testing of supplies through to customer reception, all the manufacturing steps have been audited to eliminate any source of malfunction and loss of productivity.

Around twenty checks accompany the various tasks and operations which mark the production circuit.

A guarantee of VALDUNES quality, each protective coating used on the products is optimised in accordance with the stresses undergone by the product during use.

Temporary coatings (varnishes and greases), taken into account right from the design of the part, thus ensure its perfect protection through to delivery.

Other coatings, of paint or resin types, guarantee maximum and permanent protection against mechanical impacts (ballast attacks) or aggressions linked to the environment and the climate (salt deposits for the shuttles and Channel Tunnel High Speed Trains).
