The pulleys are made of 42 CrMo 4.

They are pre-formed in the 6000-ton press,
then laminated on a circular mill.
While reducing the weight, this operation gives the pulleys exceptional resistance over time and is compatible with the most stringent applications as in metallurgy for example.

The grooves are hardened after heating by induction.

They vary in diameter from 700 to 1250 mm.
